West-Budapest has the second largest stock in terms of warehouse space in the Budapest market. 

The total supply is 414,000 sq m which consists of 365,000 sq m warehouse space and 49,000 sq m office area. The vacancy rate was 32.9 % at the end of June which is pretty higher compared to the average Budapest level of 22.8 %. The current average rents are between EUR 2.50 and 3.45 /sq m/month + VAT for the warehouse and EUR 5.50 and 7.50 /sq m/month + VAT for the office space. This region offers the most flexible rents due to the high vacancy and to the quality of the supply. The region is basically driven by logistics activity.
